  I’ve been coming to this dental office for years, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism, kindness, and consistent quality of care. Today I met Santana, the dental assistant, for the first time, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, gentle, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. Even though it was my first time meeting her, she made the experience feel welcoming and easy. Anything thank you to the dentist for her attention to detail ensuring satisfaction as it relates to my dentures. I also want to recognize the office manager, who has worked with me over the years and has always been incredibly helpful and understanding. She consistently goes above and beyond with scheduling, questions, and any support I’ve needed. This dental office truly has an exceptional team, and I’m grateful for the care I’ve received. Highly recommended.

  The appointment was for my son-on-law. He raised himself since he was 14, as a teenager, he started losing his teeth. He has never had a full set of teeth since he was a child. Johnny has been diagnoized with stage 4 lung cancer, His only wish is to have a good smile to take a picture with his son and daughter and grandson. When we went to the office, we were not sure what to expect. When we entered the front door we were greeted with smiles, warm hellos and how may I help you. When Johnny was called back to a room she actually sat down and talked to us. She was not in a hurry and was actually listened and asked questions. She was awesome. While she was getting his x-rays done and still asking him questions, Jennifer, the office manager came in and introduced herself to us and explained she was here to help us. She made us relax and have confidence that we were going to be able to get this done. She said, "thats my job, to take care of you and make it easier on you". Thats exactly what she did. Something that we thought was going to be out of our reach and we would have to save for, she made it happen. Smiling and making us feel confident all the way through the process. She made it happen. This woman is amazing!!!!. We went today today to have his molds done. Once again, we walk in, and there they are, just smiles and warmth to greet us. When Victoria called him back to make the molds she was happy, smiling and reassuring, She took her time explaining exactly what she was going to do and how it was done, She then processed and was telling him what she was going to do before she did it, reminded him of what to do and what not to do. She was very reassuring and made him feel at ease. Because he was nervous. Then Alex came in to do some work on him as well. He did the same thin told Johnny what the plan was, and explained what he was doing as he did it. During all of these processes Jennifer dropped in several times to just check in with us! This type of customer service is unheard of anymore. THEN - Dr. Vo came in, introduced himself and told Johnny the steps of how it all happens and what to expect after the dentures are put in Dr Vo!!!!! This man is busy, but took the time to stop by and introduce himself and let us know he knew about us and wanted everything to go smoothly. He has a great sense of humor and made both us us feel at home talking and even had a small laugh or two with him. We are far from done but I had to put part one of my review of ABC Dental Haltom City office. All I can say if you are not going there, you are going to the wrong dental office. This office makes you feel comfortable, at ease and you do not feel like you are dealing with strangers, they make you feel at home instantly. I seriously can not say enough good things about the people in this office, because I have never had one so open, friendly and really wanting to help. ABC Dental Haltom City, YOU ROCK!!!!!! They deserve 10 stars - not 5. Stay tuned for part two! Sharon
