  My girlfriend was referred to Syed Shah by her doctor. Between her and I, we have spent hours on hold over the past two days, never speaking to a live person and never getting to book an appointment. What a terribly disrespectful way to treat referred patients. This office needs to get a staff that answers calls or an answering service that can at least take messages. What can only be deduced here is a voluntary unwillingness to be available for the community this team of cardiologists claim to serve. To any patients being referred to this joke of a practice, I’d recommend asking for a different referral immediately.

  Yes the staff is very nice but, just because the staff is nice does not mean they provide proper care. After multiple visits I’ve come to realize that nice is the only thing this office has to offer. For those who don’t know you have other options besides blood pressure medication, this seems to be the go to when they cannot figure out what is wrong. Please go get a second opinion on any “diagnosis” you receive from those at heart place. 5 stars for being nice, 0 for being good at their job.
