  Phlebotomist was very skilled, kind, professional. The lab draw area is very separate, once the door closes as you walk in the room it’s very calming, private, quiet. Very easy check in. I felt really safe, and she was very skilled. Will absolutely come back here! Loved that it was in Tom Thumb and I could grab a few groceries on my way out! And loved making my appointment online and the app makes it very easy. Love love it.

  Alicia deserves 5 stars! She was calm, confident, and incredibly precise — a true “sharp shooter.” She found my vein on the first try with perfect accuracy, which is rare for me since others often need multiple attempts. Her skill and professionalism made all the difference. She was absolutely amazing!

  Easy appmt scheduling, easy check in, no wait, and the phlebotomist was excellent. Professional, courteous and drew my blood at one try. The service in Grapevine location is so much better than the Southlake inside Tom Thumb White Chapel location. I would drive extra miles to avoid her rudeness. The blonde technician there was rude & gave me a wrong test that caused to redo. Gave me a cup for Urine test even after I told her I need blood drawn.
