  This Quest lab is inside a Tom Thumb store, but don’t let that fool you. This location has their services down pat and if you read/follow carefully any emails or texts you receive from them, you too will have the same great experience I did for my labs (blood draw and urinalysis). Be sure to book an appointment in advance on their website and then when you arrive for your appointment, have your driver’s license and insurance card (if you plan to use insurance) ready and at hand because their check-in kiosk makes things so smooth. You’ll be able to check yourself in and simply scan your DL and insurance card right at the kiosk. I literally checked myself in and didn’t have time to put up my cards before they were already calling me back. My technician was super professional and drew blood with no pain. One and done! The only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how and where they have you place your urine sample. They had a little white basket on a table in the restroom with a sign instructing you to place your final specimen in the basket with a lid. Everyone who had been in before me left their specimen in that basket — out in the open for anyone to access. I realize this sounds odd — like who would want to access someone else’s specimen, but someone trying to pass a drug test may find it tempting. Anyway, I would have preferred to know all specimens are immediately collected by the staff and removed from other’s access. Just a thoughtful improvement suggestion for an otherwise terrific lab.

  I checked in and used the “text me when ready” selection and stepped out of the room as it was packed. Nobody ever text me. I went back in after 30-40 minutes and sat down as the crowd had thinned out. A man that had a 9:20 appt. Was called and my appt. Was 8:30. I asked the lady how that was possible and she said she had called my name. I told her I was supposed to get a text and she said she tells people that selection doesn’t work sometimes. I was livid. Told her they need a sign stating that information.

  I am grateful that the lab tech was very kind and knowledgeable. I wanted extra test that my doctor did not order. The lab tech was patient enough to let me call my doctor and have the additional test added even though I had already left the facility.

  I had a very good experience here the ladies were a joy to be around very customer service friendly I will most definitely make this place that I will come to for any Services needed

  As always, the lab techs are friendly, extremely talented, and very experienced. I rarely ever even feel the needle when they draw blood. They are nice and make the visit easy and quickly complete whatever tests they need to do. I can't say enough good things, because all lab techs, esp these, deserve it.
