  This was the first time IN YEARS that I had a pleasant experience, here. Usually the phlebotomy person is talking crazy crap about there not being enough people and actually make it very uncomfortable for me and several of my friends and family who have been there. But this time it was AWESOME! Quick in and out and barely felt the poke! I was so surprised and impressed!
