  The hygienist and doctor were good. They were timely and my appointment went well. My issue is with the office not letting me know they did not accept my insurance plan. I provided my insurance information when I set up the appointment along with a copy of the insurance card ahead of the appointment. After my cleaning I am told I owe $349. They asked “didn’t our insurance specialist call you”? The answer is no. What I would expect is for them to notify me prior to performing services that my insurance plan was not accepted. If not a call ahead of time, at least when I checked in. I take some responsibility for not asking about insurance when I arrived. However I expected them to follow through and was caught completely off guard.

  Dr Hubnik and her staff are always so great to see. The care and compassion that they show to their patients is truly remarkable. They take their time to make the experience as easy and painless as possible. Would definitely recommend them. 👍

  I had a great experience at Pearl Dentures & Dental Care. They explained to me everything that is needed to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist.
