- AHAmanda HittSep 10, 20221.0Can I possibly give it a negative star?!... I moved to the Granbury area over a year ago and started using this pharmacy and I wish I wouldn't have. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only is there always an extremely long wait, even when you are the only one waiting on an RX, but they have absolutely no politeness about them! And I mean that by every single person who works in the pharmacy, including the pharmacists. I travel, alot but Texas is my home state, so I have to have my medications filled in Texas, but Kroger, you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your employees to treat your customers the way that they do! You need to host a customer service class and make all of your pharmacy employees attend! My family and I will be moving our business to another company. Shame on you Kroger!!!
