He was very detailed in making sure that I got the right scooter for her. He went into detail about the specifics of operating the unit and was very thorough and thoughtful. Only two days after the purchase my sister had an issue going down a sidewalk and Jeff actually came to the rescue to troubleshoot the issue and got her back on the road to independence. I am truly grateful for his caring heart. Thank you so much.
