- BDBrooke DempseyApr 3, 20261.0When you try to call this pharmacy directly, you get a call center. The call center then has to act as a go between relaying messages between you and pharmacy staff. And the call center is rude and acts bothered by your inquiries.

The pharmacist actually admitted to me that they’ve “outgrown what they can support” - if that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is. Even when I used their prepay option (which should mean grab-and-go), I still had to wait in a long line because other customers were tying up the only available tech for extended consultations. There’s clearly no system in place to separate quick pickups from those needing more time. If you value your time, find another pharmacy that has the staffing and processes to actually serve their customers. Be
