  I came into this emergency clinic feeling extremely distressed, anxious, and emotional due to shortness of breath and an illness I couldn’t quite explain. I had previously visited another ER a week prior where I was diagnosed with something mild, but I knew something wasn’t right so again after my symptoms flared up again I decided to visit this Family Emergency Room in Georgetown. From the moment I arrived here, the experience was completely different in the best way possible. I was taken to the back in a timely manner, within 15 minutes of arriving, which was a stark contrast to other emergency rooms where I’ve waited hours, even while struggling to breathe! The receptionist immediately recognized the urgency of my situation, brought a nurse out to assess me, and ensured my emotional response was met with compassion and I was taken back quickly. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They listened carefully to my symptoms without rushing or dismissing my concerns, which is unfortunately something I’ve experienced elsewhere. I never felt like I was just another patient being pushed through a system. Instead, I felt heard and treated like a person who truly mattered. Within a short amount of time, they were able to properly evaluate, diagnose, and begin relieving my symptoms. Their efficiency, combined with their thoroughness, made a huge difference in my care and comfort. This clinic also offers testing capabilities that many other facilities do not and accepts a wide range of insurance plans, which is incredibly helpful. Dr. Valentini was especially helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I am beyond grateful for the level of care I received and would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone, no matter how minor or severe their symptoms may seem. I am confident they will provide the proper attention, compassion, and treatment you deserve!!

  Stopped here while visiting from out of town due to the stomach bug. I have a rare autoimmune disease that I usually have to explain to staff. However I was pleasantly surprised they knew how to treat me and did so quickly and with kindness. Both the nurse and doctor made my stay comfortable. They were very efficient and compassionate. Would highly recommend!

  I was experiencing shortness of breath, which was obviously a scary experience. Family Emergency gave the best care possible. I was immediately seen, treated for shortness of breath and prescribed the necessary inhaler. Everyone was nice, professional, and informative. After leaving I decided to opt out of a program they offer. I should have taken the opportunity for the program because the bill came in and my insurance wasn’t much help. It was well over an amount that I could pay. Even though I had already opted out of the program, Dr. Valentini and Mayra Guerra with patient advocacy/billing graciously worked with me and waived all charges. I could not recommend this place more with how they care about their patients even after they have left their facility.

  If you never need immediate relief from what can only be described as a pain in the ass…..I highly recommend. The check in was flawless (mortla combat voice). The young man who set the Dr up for success was so personable and polite. I have a slight fear of Dr visits and they made sure it went of without a hitch. The Dr walked in a tower of a man and was so gentle with the procedure it really made for a good experience. The after care was also great a partnering Dr called me personally to check in after my visit. Got me out in time for me to praise the Lord! Amen!

  I’ve been to this ER before for migraines so bad, I felt like I was dying. They didn’t even have me stop at the front desk to fill out paperwork. They saw how much pain I was in and took me back to a room immediately. They got an IV started, got some pain relief rolling and sat there with me for half an hour until the pain broke. That is people caring about people, not the money. This week, I had a much bigger issue and I didn’t hesitate to grab my keys and head over there. It always amazes me how calm they are, even though I was reporting a serious problem. Them being calm when I was in crisis, helped me stay calm. I definitely feel cared for as opposed to feeling like a nuisance at a big hospital ER. Even when they told me they had to stop my heart, twice, they made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I was alone when I walked in there, but I didn’t feel alone. If you need medical assistance, do not hesitate to head over there. They saved my life!
