- AAAmanda3 days ago1.0I have chronic health problems. I am unable to feel my feet after 10 minutes of standing. I need surgery. Also, I have 2 kids with emotional problems. ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism that I care for alone. I am all that they have. It has been really tough lately and ive had problems keeping my blood pressure regulated. I do monitor it at home. When I went to this pharmacy yesterday to pick up my meds which were over due. I was told by a lady there, "Weren't you here yesterday?" The statement brought me to tears. We take a lot of medication..and yes I am at the pharmacy a lot. Sometimes 3 days a week 2 or 3 days in a row. Medications have specific dates they can be filled not to mention my blood pressure. I forgot to mention that I have an enlarged heart. There is never ever a reason to be rude or judge someone ever. I hope we can all learn from this and No one gets hurt again. That is all.
- DNDAVE NONYA5 days ago1.0Mayra was the rudest person at any pharmacy i have ever had to deal with. She was blunt, outright rude, didn't smile at all, at was just plain direct with no shame. I'm glad I only need one prescription from this store, as Walmart fills 13 others for me, but their employees treat me like gold. They always check up on me to make sure everything is good with my meds. I cannot express just how disappointed I am with Mayra's behavior towards customers. I wouldn't tolerate it in my business, and my business is a huge customer service base, with a 5 star rating for 32 years so far. I will be notifying HEB , corporate about this. I was very disturbed with that person. Even the rest of her co-workers never smile. They all need customer service training for sure. Sorry to say, but all is true.
