- MDMaddie DavisFeb 9, 20262.0Consistently has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Especially one woman who I’ve had interactions with on multiple occasions, working 2/9/25 at 2:45.

The pharmacist actually admitted to me that they’ve “outgrown what they can support” - if that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is. Even when I used their prepay option (which should mean grab-and-go), I still had to wait in a long line because other customers were tying up the only available tech for extended consultations. There’s clearly no system in place to separate quick pickups from those needing more time. If you value your time, find another pharmacy that has the staffing and processes to actually serve their customers. Be

I was in the pre-paid line and after the line not moving for 10 mins coz the tech took a non pre-paid customer with not enough money in the bank then waiting to cancel some items and waiting for override. I asked that the whole point of pre-paid is defeated if this happens, the pharmacist jumped in to defend the slackness instead of agreeing with me that the very next windows should have called me in to hand over my Rx. There is leader ship lacking at this location, and needs fixing asap. It used to be good back a few months ago, but new faces maybe good at work, do lack leadership and problem solving skills. Can someone pls look into it?
