Betty was so pleasant and friendly but more than that she was very knowledgable about the products. She didn't try to hard sell me like many have when I go in. I asked her about B12 supplements for my son and she again was extremely knowledgable. Because she didn't try to hard sell me, my husband and I decided that we would be back and purchased the Gold card. Great service and knowledgable. Betty was awesome.
