Tell me why the lady at the express lane told me I have to spend 75.00 in order to make the coupon valid .she was very rude an snotty acting . to that lady , maybe you need to go back to school and learn to read
- KWKarla WestJan 6, 20241.0I went to get my 77 year old aunts prescription. Carlos is a Rockstar!!! The lady pharmacist was extremely rude to my aunt and myself. She also LIED about the price and said Good Rx blocked my aunts doctor from their program. When in FACT she didn't know how to change the pricing using GoodRx. Therefore Tom Thumb's system actually shut down. She needs to remember that a Degree doesn't teach you respect for your elders and she should be GONE from the store!! Once again, Thank You Carlos for your patience and understanding.
