  Homewatch CareGivers of Northeast Garland is a fantastic company. They have provided quality service from the start beginning with their introductory phone call and the initial in-person meet and greet. Keri provided a thorough intake process that considered our needs and preferences while making thoughtful and pertinent recommendations. She was able to make the perfect match for my Mom on the first try. Keri has been responsive to communication regarding scheduling and other details. The caregiver, Carowyn, has been punctual, professional, caring, and clued into my Mom’s interests making her visits pleasurable and enriching. I would highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Northeast Garland for families looking to alleviate their load while providing quality companionship for their loved one.

  The people at Homewatch CareGivers are kind, friendly, very positive and sincerely care for their clients and their families. We felt like we had known the ladies for a very long time from our first meeting to connecting my sister with a perfect match caregiver. It was an adjustment for my sister who had lived independently for many years, but she and her caregiver are the best of friends and someone she looks forward to seeing twice a week. If there is ever a question or concern , I am contacted and included on a solution. My sister's caregiver is her friend, driver, assists her in weekly grocery shopping, errands or just going out for a walk or to lunch together. My sister's overall attitude and quality of life has improved tremendously since she has had Homewatch CareGivers in her home which gives the entire family tremendous relief knowing she is safe, happy and well cared for.

  The experience my Mother and I had with Homewatch CareGivers was top notch !! An initial interview offered the perfect opportunity for me to carefully explain the services I wanted for my Mom and to offer some insights to her current mental and physical condition. The caregivers always arrived on time and were both friendly and professional with my Mother. The interaction I experienced with Homewatch CareGivers' Manager was exceptional. I was treated in a friendly, courteous and professional manner during every contact. Additionally, she listened to me in a very very caring and understanding way. I sincerely reccomend Homewatch Caregivers to anyone seeking in-home care for a loved one.
