It's either not ready after receiving pick up confirmations, not even started after receiving order confirmations, systems down, employees are lazy and rude, I'm sick of it.

I've been told both that I didn't have a prescription and that I didn't have any refills when neither ended up being the case. Today is another fine example. I was the next person in line for...fifteen minutes! All I needed to do was drop of a script. I don't know how that takes so long. The longest I have waited here was 25 minutes in line only to be told I didn't have any prescriptions. That's challenging when I handed in the script myself. Time management is definitely an issue here - the staff, however, have ways been polite... just slow as well. I just passed the pharmacy 30 minutes after being here and the same customer is at the same counter.
