I called and a woman answered, I asked if you accept VSP vision care and was told yes but only out of network benefits and I asked what that is and she rudely said, it’s your out of network benefits.
I said okay I don't know what that means and she hung up on me.
So I won’t be going here to pick out glasses. Meaning you just lost out on making almost a grand.
Please train your employees to have better customer service etiquette.

at 7:11pm the store lights were noticeably dim, and two associates were seated off to the side. Neither acknowledged nor greeted me. I tried to overlook that initial impression and began browsing the glasses on the wall, but due to the dim lighting, it was difficult to see the frames clearly.
After a short period with no support, I approached one of the associates and asked for the store manager’s name and contact information. She handed me a card for someone listed as a store sales associate. Looking at the display, I noticed a card for Itzel (Store Market Manager). When I pointed this out, the associate apologized and confirmed that Itzel’s card was indeed the correct contact. The associate clearly thought i was stupid.
As a new customer to LensCrafters, I felt it was important to share this unfortunate experience. I’m inclined to believe this is not the standard of customer service the organization strives to deliver. I will never patron this company after this experience. I encourage you to hire staff that exhibit your company values...not just sitting for a paycheck.
Update1/12/26… I completed the online submission as the company requested. Still not respond from LensCrafters. I would never give them my money with the way they treat black people

Went in to get an adjustment on my Tom Ford designer frames and got blessed that Dominique decided to help me out. The frames were almost bent to a point of no return and Dom made them look good as new! I’m now looking forward to getting the RayBan meta frames for my next pair of glasses!

The staff I have met have been very nice and helpful. I had an encountered a delay with the processing for one of the glasses I purchased and they were very communicative and apologetic for the long delay that occurred. The manager made sure I was satisfied with my purchase despite the delays and was given a free upgrade as well. I hope to come back for future visits.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
