- BBBinksBurrellAug 12, 20251.0I wouldn’t shop or pick up anything from this location. Albert the manger shouldn’t be interacting with customers until he’s retrained. From the moment I walked in he was very hostile and dismissive. I gave him my name and told him I was there to pick up my order, he was preoccupied with no other customers and I had to repeat due to his dismissive nature. Then when he finally turned back to grab the bag with my product that already had my name and phone number on the receipt attached, He then wanted to see the email or an id, which isn’t even normal protocol. This isn’t the first time I’ve picked up an order from this store but it’s the first time where a condescending, hostile, dismissive manager made me regret the location of the pickup.

He’s always willing to give recommendations and advice on what to get. His product knowledge is out of this world. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will continue to go back to this very clean, organized store.
