  Horrible customer service Came in 5 min late to a class I booked 14 min before it starts. Walked in. Was not allowed to join the class despite having empty spots. Attempting to call the manager to cancel my service agreement ASAP. Been going to this location for years and dealt m with Kathy who has been nothing but awesome. But this is horrible at this point. Will NEVER come back to this horrible place again.

  All instructors are awesome but Rochelle is my favorite one. Her instructions are clear. She gives me the motivation I need to keep going.
