  I have had 18 anaphylactic reactions to sesame, sesame seeds, sesame oil, etc over the last 8 years, landing me in the hospital multiple times, and having to use my epi-pen a few months ago because my body was literally shutting down. Went in hoping to identify any other food allergies that I may have, only to find out that they will only test to confirm known allergies. Long story short, I think their practice is bogus, the on-site skin-prick test for sesame was negative, and the lab results showed a "minor" allergy to sesame... I would love to ingest sesame at their office and have them tell me to my face that I have a "minor" allergy to sesame... Stay away...

  The doctor and nurses are very kind but I think they got a new receptionist. I called and told her I was stuck in traffic maybe need a few extra minutes she told me I couldn't be a minute late because they were fully booked. So of course I turned around and canceled the appointment because that would be a waste of gas going if my son couldn't be seen. Almost to the house she called and asked when I think I'll make it and I told her I'm already near home because she said I couldn't be a minute late that day since she said they were completely booked. Then she said well what about a later time today. I did agree even though I was confused because she said they were fully booked that day. Unfortunately when I was heading out again my car shut down and the battery was dead. I missed their call because I was trying to fix the car. When I finished I tried contacting them and rescheduling but no one would answer the phone. I've been calling since the 5th of February but still haven't been able to reschedule for my son. I've never had a problem with them before but now my phone calls keep going to voicemail. I have a child with alot of allergies and this is very frustrating.

  Dr. Alvarez has a great bedside manner. He is so great with children. Everyone at the office was pleasant also.

  Very good customer service and the doctor was very attentive. And they all made you feel welcome.

  It was our first time seeing Dr. Alvarez and it was a great experience. His bedside manners and just the whole demeanor was amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The whole staff including his nurse were all super. Highly recommended!!
