- AHAshlynn henryMar 8, 20261.0They have been filling my meds under a discount card for MONTHS.. without telling me my UT select insurance wasn’t covered here. I work in pharmacy myself, so I know this was simply off miscommunication and every tech/pharmacist should know to communicate with the patient and let them know it isn’t covered under their primary insurance before taking next steps. I’ve been wasting money off meds I could’ve gotten covered somewhere else. Very disappointed. Krogers pharmacy do better! #Srpharmacytech

- FJFaith JacklynApr 13, 20231.0I don't usually have issues at this pharmacy, although I HAVE had a major issue ~1.5yrs ago with this particular location all of a sudden not allowing me to refill a controlled substance I had been filling HERE for 3 years straight. I know I wasn't the only victim of this because upon calling other pharmacies in the near vicinty, I was told they were flooded with requests for that medication & couldn't take on anymore new clients.
