- APAyana pFeb 9, 20251.0I wanted to switch to Randall’s since I shop there for groceries, and it’s closer to my house. Today, I went to pick up my medication (I had tried yesterday, but they closed early), and the staff was extremely rude and condescending. I was there to pick up my birth control, but they gave me the wrong medication. Three male employees were incredibly dismissive, insisting that my medication “isn’t made anymore” (which is false) and questioning whether I was sure—like I haven’t been taking it since I was a teenager! When I said I needed to call my doctor, one of them rudely responded, “Okay, can you scooch?” My doctor immediately called my prescription into Kroger. I informed Randall’s that I wouldn’t be taking the incorrect medication they had given me, and the pharmacist responded with a condescending, “Don’t worry, I’ll put it back.” I then called Kroger and was met with a kind woman who had my prescription ready in 10 minutes—the correct medication, with no issues. Especially if you’re a woman, I highly recommend getting your prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is terrible—rude pharmacist, unhelpful techs, and awful customer service.
