  They have been filling my meds under a discount card for MONTHS.. without telling me my UT select insurance wasn’t covered here. I work in pharmacy myself, so I know this was simply off miscommunication and every tech/pharmacist should know to communicate with the patient and let them know it isn’t covered under their primary insurance before taking next steps. I’ve been wasting money off meds I could’ve gotten covered somewhere else. Very disappointed. Krogers pharmacy do better! #Srpharmacytech

  This busy staff is always smiling and super pleasant and helpful when getting my meds filled. Especially AnnMarie, Leticia, etc. Keep up the great work!

  I very much dislike writing bad reviews. My suggestion if you're in pain and want your prescription filled go to CVS on 61st. This is the third time in a row I have had to wait on my prescriptions at Krogers. And when I mean wait...wait like 20 - 30 mins each time. I even called their pharmacy earlier today and they said my prescription would be ready by 4:00. It's now after 8pm and still not ready. Last time I came here it took 2 days ...and I never did recieved my prescription. They said they were supposedly out of what I needed. My wife called CVS pharmacy and within an hour I had it. Hope this review helps .🙂

  Rx sent to them at 8pm. Called at 10 am to make sure it was ready. They told us not yet but will be by noon, got there at 12:10 was told will be another 15-20 minutes. Trying to get someone who is post op their pain meds which they have now been without for 16 hours. Did realize it takes so long to count 30 pills into a bottle.
