When I asked for an itemized statement, they refused saying their Business Manager was on Vacation and wouldn’t get until she returns. Lana Hess is a great Optometrist but her front desk people are rude. To pay for services before seen and told by staff no itemized statement until business manager returns is a violation of HIPPA act,, the no surprise act, and state transparency law. I canceled appointment. Last year for my yearly I had to demand an itemized bill. I had hoped with receiving bill the staff would have been more respectful. I’m reporting to proper authorities to have them reviewed.
