I explained to Ms. Melanie how this was my son first time frame shopping, explained how my son was annoyedand overwhelmed, this was the 3rd store. Melanie jumped right in as if we knew each other in life outside of Lens Crafters an after couple of selection from the fitting to the right face fit. We made a confident purchased.
