Nguyen, not only is amazing, but she offers many different brands that could be tailored to your preference. She and her staff truly care about your experience!
- DDDavyGravyMar 2, 20261.0I bought new glasses from here to update my prescription and replace my old ones. I was up charged on anti-glare lenses and I paid extra for a better brand of frame. I even paid extra for the protection plan. When purchased, they sat loose on my face and before I could take them somewhere to be adjusted, they had fell off and became lost during a trip. Upon calling for a replacement, the customer service seemed more interested in trying to sell me on a new pair than to honor a replacement. I'm down upwards of $250 with nothing to show for. I won't deal here again and discourage others to as well.

After the snowstorm, my child’s school was unexpectedly closed all week, and with no family nearby and a cancellation fee, I had no choice but to bring my 2-year-old while I got a contact lens prescription. Despite completing most of the exam, the provider abruptly told me to canceled my appointment because my child cried and she “couldn’t focus or deliver experience .” I had driven 45 minutes, waited over an hour, and was already far into the visit. Children cry this is not brain surgery. I came to get my prescription not a damn lecture, she was rude. I tried to calm my child and asked for a few more minutes, but the provider was impatient and dismissive. The lack of empathy was shocking. I will not return and do not recommend this place, especially for parents It was humiliating and mortifying to be escorted out of there like that, I’m a single mom already struggling as it is. My two year old was just crying, not touching anything, not being rude, no hostility; just crying. You think she would’ve just get me my script and let me leave.
