They unfortunately would have to ship my glasses out to me because I was flying back home to Chicago after the new year. WELL, they expedited my frames for me 🙌🏼 I didn’t even have to ask them. They were closed for new years and they just called me this morning surprising me they had them ready for me before I flew back home! What an exceptional customer service! Thank you so much. Dr. Nuygen is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about my eye health. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers all questions with patience and warmth. I always leave with a clear understanding of my prescriptions and any recommendations for care or follow-ups. A huge shout-out to Denise, the office manager and assistant. Denise runs the front desk perfectly friendly, efficient, and incredibly organized. Her attention to detail and seamless coordination make visits smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that combines top-tier medical care with such excellent patient service, but Dr. Nuygen and Denise nail it. Thank you for nearly a decade of excellent care.
