It's my first time wearing glasses and Khaila patients and understanding definitely is top tier, she explained every aspect of glasses to me and im actually more comfortable with the idea of wearing glasses once they do arrive. She definitely made me feel comfortable even though the place was crowded she still was patient with explaining things to me and help me pick some great glasses she was there for me every step of the way and for that I really appreciate her, I will definitely recommend LenCrafters to friends and family and let them know to be sure to look for Khaila EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.......

( I think his name is "Guy", who ever worked on 2/26/2026 at open) when it was my turn he asked my name, handed me my glasses over the checkout counter. I had to go walk and find a mirror and check myself and left. I have never in the 20+ years getting glasses yearly had a worker not sit me down to make sure they fit correctly, make sure they weren't too tight or loose, make sure the weren't crooked, ect. This was very unprofessional, but I was beyond done with the experience, so I just left.
