    Amazing customer service, felt welcomed. It was me with my 16 year old teenage son. With the idk and possibilities when selecting the right frame for him to feel confident and comfortable. I explained to Ms. Melanie how this was my son first time frame shopping, explained how my son was annoyedand overwhelmed, this was the 3rd store. Melanie jumped right in as if we knew each other in life outside of Lens Crafters an after couple of selection from the fitting to the right face fit. We made a confident purchased. No more stressing finding the right frame. Thank you Melanie, your customer service was phenomenal. Now we shall wait for the final product to arrive.🫶🏽😬

    3/11/26 I have never experienced such a long wait for glasses, and I will be picking them up today. I want to start by emphasizing that Betty has been exceptional throughout this process. She has been a pleasure to work with and is not the reason for my review. My primary concern--and the reason for the two-star rating--is the individual who answers the phone. I have spoken with her twice, and both interactions were frustrating and unprofessional. During my first call, she corrected me and insisted that Betty would not have said something I distinctly remember hearing, which was the reason for my call in the first place. Today's interaction was even more disappointing. She repeatedly interrupted me, transferred me to the doctor's office before I finished speaking (forcing me to call back), and she made me restate the same information several times in several conversations. Rather than helping find a solution, she seemed intent on canceling my appointment until I specifically requested to reschedule. She eventually did so, but only after what felt like unnecessary resistance. Her demeanor comes across as insincere, which makes these interactions even more unpleasant. While I appreciate Betty's outstanding service, the phone communication experiences have significantly detracted from the overall quality of care. If anything else occurs while I get my glasses I will update my review. I hope they are correct and I don't have to struggle with this company anymore I arrived for my 2 pm appointment early and the guy that does glasses I watched him leave at 2 pm so the girl that answered the phone, I’m sure. came and got my glasses and put them in a solution, came back and said that he left and I’ll had to come back tomorrow. She is behind this I’m sure. 3/12/26 She called and apologized so I accepted. My glasses are good and they tightened them. I’ll add a star to my review for that.
