They were a disaster! Long lines, zero help, hard to deal with and generally just a PITA! The new Tom Thumb opened on Coit and is very close to my house, so out of convenience for me and my wife I decided to try out Tom Thumb Pharmacy. I was amazed with the Absolute best service I have ever got at a Pharmacy even when we lived in a small town with a private owned Pharmacy. Anh Duong is OUTSTANDING! Anh is the very best, as she gets my Rx's filled, contacts me if she has any questions and is so friendly and polite you would think she was family or a best friend. She has gone above and beyond as far as I feel. Anh is an absolute ASSET to Tom Thumb and I would not know what to do without her. She took all the stress, headache, and complications out of me getting all my Rx's not just medication. She is an JOY to interact with and I make it a point to go in, not use the drive thru, just to speak with her and thank her for all she does for me as a customer.
