    I just needed to pick up a stool specimen collection tube and drop it off. LabCorp was a snap at this. Walk in collect the stuff, then come back with my refrigerated and frozen samples and it was taken immediately. But here at Quest, they make you wait to turn in the poop sample. I hope they didn't ruin in with their innane waiting system. Very rude too, won't even let me explain another customer was in the restroom when they called his name after he had been waiting for a few hours

    There is a lady by the name of Jane that works there … she is very unprofessional & rude . She treated me horribly and was verbally abusive for no reason. Apparently she is known to do this to many patients, this was told to me when I went to another quest location to complain about her. But they still keep her there, not sure why. Please avoid this location!!!

    I got an appointment scheduled today and had the lab order also scheduled for blood work. The lady named Shentina barber called me in. Asked me to show or give the order number. I showed that to her and said that this is my receipt for that order. She checked it with the order number and it did not show up in the system. She asked me to show the receipt which I was showing her and she said she cannot help me. I was only trying to ask her to try refreshing or watever or give 2-3 min time for the system to show up the order. She was TOO RUDE, YELLING AT ME, putting her two hands together asking me to informally just get out from there. She was not at all patient or talking smoothly to her patients. I was treated so bad that I had to sit in the lobby and cry because of her. Again schedule my appointment there for walkin and wait for them to be called. There was another lady who came in and was so good and calm and she said she was able to find the order number now. When you enter this field, you need to be kind to the patients. That’s your job. The patients won’t have understanding of how your system works so it’s your responsibility to convey it in a proper manner. SHENTINA BARBER should know that. It’s their job to be kind if they are in that field. Worst person ever.
