  I cannot get to a human on the phone system. It just plays prerecorded messages that have nothing to do with my issue and then it hangs up.

  After trying to schedule an appointment in the Plano/Frisco area since many days ago for a exam drop off and w/o any availability, my wife did a walk-in today and after 1.5h she wasn’t called, neither the person before her (1st one in the queue): don’t know why places like this keep saying they admit walk-ins if in fact they treat people like this. Wasted time and exams she couldn’t complete: this is not respectful!!!!!! And when trying to call them: the option of “further help” was simply mentioning a website link and the call was dropped. Again: this is disrespectful!!!!! When we come to Labs we’re in need for assistance with our health!!!!!

  Best experience at lab ever for me. My appt was scheduled ahead of time and went around 8:40 am on a Weds. I was taken back within 1 minute upon arriving by Tyneka. She completed my whole Biometric screening visit in 5 mins! She was so upbeat and friendly and prepared and ready for me which made a huge difference. Thank you Tyneka! You are a light and breath of fresh air!

  I just needed to drop a sample off, except there is no front desk. Just a locked door and electronic sign in to create an appt with a 2 hour waiting time. I just needed to drop it off and go and I cant even do that, this is the worst place in the world

  This location was ridiculous! I waited over 2 hours to be seen. I did not have an appointment, and I know that they have to be seen first, but they were not calling anyone on the Standby list. My name was at the top of the list for over an hour and I was never seen. At one point there was NO ONE else in the waiting room with me and still, nobody came out to call me back. By the time they started calling names again, others had came into the waiting room, so I was pushed back again. The ladies were also very rude. Others, that had appointments, had their names removed from the screen and when they tried to ask about it, the lady responded with an attitude. Myself and a few others just decided to leave. I would not recommend this location.
