  This was my first time using this facility and pleasantly surprised. Very clean, staff is nice. Maybe a 5-10 minute wait.

  From checking in to getting my scan completed. The staff were very professional. The ultrasound technician and I had such a pleasant conversation during my appointment. From start to finish she was very engaging and caring. It means a lot to have a positive experience whenever you have to undergo tests of any kind. That’s not always the case.

  I went there for several x-rays and yes, I had an appointment. I did get there quite early, but they got me in there before my appointment time. They were very considerate and very pleasant. All of them had an excellent attitude, very friendly and professional, even when calling me to schedule an appointment and a confirmation call. I would highly recommend going there Over any other place in the Houston Sugarland area.

  I am very thankful for the treatment I received at Memorial MRI&Diagnostic center this morning.Everyone,from the front desk to the staff who work at the back was very pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable in their duties.Waiting time was minimal and the place was very clean. I thank you for your great service.

  Went on Friday for an MRI and the staff were amazing! Mr. Oscar at the front desk, Mr. Murray, IV technician and gave me a warm blanket because I said I was freezing, and Mr. John, MRI technician, who walked me through every step of the procedure and made me comfortable! Yes I will definitely recommend!
