- TNTim Nichols3 days ago5.0I've been going to Miracle Ear Frisco for about a year now. I've hesitated in this review due to the staff change. Not really a change, because Felicity was on vacation for my first two visits. The first visit went great, I was treated very well and had all my questions at the time answered. Second visit, not so well. I was told to show up on a Saturday but Felicity's fill in was at another location. With not much hope of success I went back and saw Felicity Preston on my third visit, and almost every visit since then. It took a minute for me to change my mind on this place, thus the amount of time for the review, but Felicity and Nicey won me over. they both are over the top friendly, and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions I may have at the time. Very patient with this old man (65), who I'm sure has many more questions than the average person, but they never rush me. I can't say it Loud enough (Get it, a hearing aid shop) if you're having any hearing issues give these ladies a call. I'm fairly certain you won't be disappointed. 5 Stars Felicity, for you and your assistant Niecy.

I’m also an owner of a large company and understand business well. She took a lot of time with me to make sure she got the perfect aid for me! She was very thoughtful and the company should be very proud of who they have!
