- TTTbuick_tha4doeMar 17, 20261.0I originally used the pharmacy at the Kroger on Lake Forest and El Dorado Parkway, and I absolutely loved the customer service—everyone was always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, after being transferred to this location, my experience has been the complete opposite. One employee in particular—a woman with black hair and glasses—was very rude for no apparent reason. It really took away from the overall experience. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope this feedback encourages a change in attitude so future customers are treated with the same kindness I’ve experienced at other stores.

- SMStephanie MosesSep 7, 20211.0The Kroger at Custer and Eldorado is hands down the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. Today, I picked up my last refill on a prescription there. When I arrived to pick it up, the drive through was closed... again... and there were 8 people waiting in line inside to pick up. There were four pharmacy workers in the back, filling prescriptions, chatting away, and ONE person checking out. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, and there were 7 more people who were waiting behind me so their wait was even longer. The pharmacist/manager there should not be in a customer service field. Her answer to this problem is stating very rudely, "WE are too busy, and WE are short staffed." It is truly not that difficult for someone who cares about the customer to pull someone from taking/filling new prescriptions to check out the customers who are waiting to pick them up. After several visits, I can tell you that this is not a one off... service is not this location's priority. There are too many other drugstores nearby to give this pharmacy your business. If you live in the Plano area, the Kroger pharmacy in Plano at 121 and Coit is awesome.
