I have been a patient for 5 years. I absolutely love the staff here. They have the best eyeglass selection. And because i've been going here so long, the staff knows me and is able to pick out cute funky frames for me quickly. Dr. Suelflow is my doctor and she is fantastic. If you are looking for a new eye doctor or you're new to town, I would totally recommend this place.

I saw Dr. Farooq today and she was 15/10. She really spent the time with me and EXPLAINED the why behind each thing. She was patient but efficient. She was compassionate & kind. I’m so grateful I finally found an eye doctor I trust!

I wanted to take the time to write this review because Jenny, who helped me select my glasses, was exceptionally talented at what she does. Beyond that, she was friendly, professional, and very efficient at the whole process. I have had a very difficult time finding any frames I like, and it feels like a big decision when you’re spending a lot of money on progressive lenses. She made the process feel so easy and actually enjoyable. I walked out of there, probably in about 15-20 minutes total, with an order for glasses I am excited about. Thank you Jenny!

I have never had such a bad experience getting new glasses in all my life. The doctors were nice as was the receptionist; however I think if I owned the place I would replace several employees. First of all the male person who fitted me with new glasses was very nice to my husband and just dealt with me because he had to. This all started in February 2014 when we visited for the first time and I got my final pair of glasses sometime around the end of May or first of April. The second time we went in was to pick up our glasses and my husbands glasses were adjusted so he looked like his eyeballs were twice their size because the glasses were sitting high on his face.Of course we had to come back a second time for his adjustment. The male who originally fitted us for glasses acted as if he didn't know either of us and worked hard to ignore us. My glasses were so bad that I had to go back within a week to tell them that I could not see out of them. They decided that the prescription might not be right and re-examined me. The technician who did this second exam was very rude and smart mouthed toward me. I made up my mind that I was not going to take his disrespectful attitude and went to the desk to cancel further appointments and leave the store. Both doctors talked me into staying and getting the exam completed. I did stay and went through the second exam and they ordered a new lens for me. The second lens was not right either and they had to order a third lens. The female who fitted my glasses was very nice and compassionate and figured out what the problem was and they ordered a third lens. The third lens is still not right but between my old glasses and the new ones I will manage until I can afford new glasses and my insurance helps pay a little. I also was not told that my glasses could not have the silicon nose pieces on them because the company does not make them for that new frame. If I had known that in the first place I would not have ordered the frame and the clip on sunglasses. I spent over $1,000.00 on my glasses alone and then several months later I got a bill for around $35.00 for part of the original exam that they said my insurance would not pay for. Well it just so happens that my husband spent over $800 dollars for his glasses and he has the same insurances that I do and he was not billed the extra $35.00. I guess even though it was a small amount, they thought they would get back at me for complaining. My nose is raw from these glasses and I still have problems with distance and some closer items. Bottom line is that if you are smart, you will not step a foot inside Frisco Family Eye Care.
