Mr. Nico initially mentioned that we could browse the frames and return the next day to place the order, which we completely understood. To our surprise, after helping other customers, he came back to us and generously offered to stay beyond business hours to assist us and take our order. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine respect for customers truly stood out. We really appreciate his kindness and feel we should apologize for keeping him late. Mr. Nico is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. Nico helped me with replacement lenses for my sunglasses. He was so helpful and personable. It was like talking to a friend. Wonderful customer service.
