- NMNikki MNov 7, 20251.0I was charged $31.37 for a RIDE OR TIDE by a Planet Fitness location I’ve never even visited. This is tanning lotion 😂😂😂. I don't need tanning lotion 🤦🏾♀️. I was literally at my son’s football practice when the charge came through. When I called to get it resolved, I was told the only way to fix it was to drive all the way to that location...which is completely out of my way. I shouldn’t have to spend time, gas, and energy to correct an error that wasn’t mine. I’m beyond disappointed with how little accountability there is when their system makes a mistake. I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this kind of issue, and people deserve to know before signing up.
