Not sure what happened to this place. Older reviews seemed good, but I’ve tried this pharmacy three times and will not be returning. The first time I came at 6:30 PM to pick up antibiotics called in at 8:30AM. After waiting thirty (yes 30) minutes in line, I was told it wasn’t ready and go come back at 8pm when they close. While I was waiting in line, I saw three people behind the counter searching through baskets stacked on one another looking for peoples prescriptions as they came up to the counter to ask for their prescription. No one was served in less than 5 to 10 minutes. There does not appear to be a logical system for what they do with prescriptions when they’re filled. This leads to a frantic search through baskets every time someone comes up. Other times it’s 10 minutes on the computer before someone finds out they may or may not be able to get a prescription. For some strange reason I decided to try this place again today, and have had plenty of time to write this lengthy review while waiting in line yet again while my dairy products warm up to spoilage temperature waiting for another prescription. It’s 7:30 at night. My prescription was called in at 10:30am. When I called about it at 1pm, they hadn’t processed it yet. I was told yet again to come back at 8pm to get it, which must be what they tell everyone. There are 6 of us in line, and it’s not moving. Hopefully it will be 8pm by the time I get to the counter, and hopefully they have my medicine. Do yourself a favor, save time, and fill your prescriptions elsewhere while they sort out what went wrong with this place. Update: I got to the front of the line. This is not a joke or exaggeration. After telling me to come back at 8pm and waiting 25 minutes in line, I’m told that the pharmacy doesn’t have the medicine the doctor ordered for me in stock. Neither does any Kroger in the area. Could this not have been mentioned in my phone call earlier? It took the person 30 seconds to tell me this.

This pharmacy has gone completely down hill, they used to be so great. The past few months has been horrible; the wait times, no drive thru, prescriptions taking days to get filled, no one answering the phone or hanging up on you but last week was the worst! We were given someone else’s medicine! When we brought it back they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. It was the wrong name, a pill not a cream, male not a female. The lack of basic knowledge is shocking. Time to find a new pharmacy!

Hate to give such a low rating but I have been coming here for years and the service has gotten worse and worse. I’ve had several issues with them not being able to find prescriptions and the time it takes to fill a prescription is ridiculous. Maybe they need more staff?
