I was coerced into moving all my medications to Kroger while shopping one day. First time I tried to refill a prescription, they declined it and said I could not until the day before my previous refill...which was based on some system that had the incorrect date. Don't be fooled.

I pick up monthly prescriptions for my dog here and every single month there has been an issue. Sometimes only half of the prescription is filled upon pickup and today I called to make sure the whole prescription was ready and was told yes. When I arrived neither one was ready at all. The lady working the drive thru was very sweet but there is a major issue at this location.

As a scientologist struggling with her faith, I was really upset you guys weren't open at midnight. I didn't want anyone from the church to see me buying: Budesonide (Entocort) Hydrocortisone (Aquacort, Cortenema, Hydrocort) Methylprednisolone (Duralone, Medrol, M-Prednisol) Prednisolone (Omnipred, Orapred, Veripred) Prednisone (Deltasone, Rayos) Balsalazide (Colazal, Giazo) Mesalamine (Apriso, Delzicol, Lialda, Pentasa) Olsalazine (Dipentum) Diarrhea Sulfasalazine (Azulfidine) Ciprofloxacin (Cipro, Proquin) Metronidazole (MetroCream, Metrogel, Nuvessa) Rifaximin (Xifaxan) Vancomycin (Vancocin) I had to deal with the shame of filling my shopping cart at 3 PM with all these drugs. Now everyone's gonna write me up for my sins. I thought because David Miscavige mysteriously "went missing" I too could be incognito about this. But no.

This pharmacy has gone completely down hill, they used to be so great. The past few months has been horrible; the wait times, no drive thru, prescriptions taking days to get filled, no one answering the phone or hanging up on you but last week was the worst! We were given someone else’s medicine! When we brought it back they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. It was the wrong name, a pill not a cream, male not a female. The lack of basic knowledge is shocking. Time to find a new pharmacy!
