- TTTbuick_tha4doe2 days ago1.0I originally used the pharmacy at the Kroger on Lake Forest and El Dorado Parkway, and I absolutely loved the customer service—everyone was always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, after being transferred to this location, my experience has been the complete opposite. One employee in particular—a woman with black hair and glasses—was very rude for no apparent reason. It really took away from the overall experience. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope this feedback encourages a change in attitude so future customers are treated with the same kindness I’ve experienced at other stores.

- CPChristie PaulsenDec 6, 20244.0We have been getting our prescriptions filled here at Kroger, off Custer and El Dorado in Frisco for over 10 years now. Matt has always been our favorite pharmacist! He KNOWS our family. He KNOWS exactly what we need. He orders it and gets it ready for us. He gets the insurance stuff all taken care of. He takes his time to answer our questions. He’s also done several vaccinations for us. The only reason why I’m not giving five stars is because some of the Pharmacy techs have not been as on the ball like Matt. We wish he could work all the time. Having a family of 6 we have really appreciated the Gas savings that we get from filling our prescriptions here at Kroger as well!
