Just getting through to the pharmacy via phone is TERRIBLE. I dropped off a script for pain meds for severe back pain. An hour later I get a text advising that it’s out of stock and won’t be in stock for SIX DAYS. I call to get the prescription transferred at 1:34 pm CST on 10/26. A man answered and immediately placed me on hold. He then left me on hold so long that the call rang back. As I type this, I am not only in horrible pain, but no one is answering and the phone continues to ring. I’ve been able to compose this ENTIRE review listening to the phone ring. It finally just hung up on me. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. So now I get to call back and endure this ALL OVER AGAIN.

While calling regarding a medication error in refills, the attendant on the phone hung up on me after asking a question. Stated “goodbye” without answering or aiding in my questions. I will not be back, ever.

This pharmacy is the worst of the worst. Always slow, always excuses and certainly some of the rudest employees I've encountered. (I will admit that after several years of dealing with that pharmacy I do start off negatively so if anything goes wrong I jump on it). I have spent my very last dime in that store - all thanks to the pharmacy. And I talked to manager Kyle..he knows.
