  My appointment was at 10:20am, I was seen by Dr Chhabra at 10:28am. His PA did an EKG and blood pressure check too. This office is super fast! Dr Chhabra was very patient and informative. I have had great experience with Heart Place. I was referred here by my cardiologist at Heart Place plano.

  Love our doctor. However, the front office leaves so much to be desired. It is impossible to get to a real person by phone. A promised call back may be two-to-three days away. We have found it easier to drive the three miles to the office to get questions answered. Then there’s the unfriendly receptionist.

  Never go there .none friendly staff . i went to appointment but doctor was nor there .they never call to let me know . very stupid place . i do not recomend this place to my enemy

  My doctor and her team at Heartplace are the best in the industry in my book. They are caring, personable, and take such great care of me! I know my heart ♥️ is in great hands! I have been to Frisco and W Plano.

She made us feel completely at ease and even went out of her way to offer cookies to my 9-year-old daughter while she waited for me. That level of kindness and attentiveness does not go unnoticed. Wade, the stress technician, was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, monitored me attentively, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and safe. Alexis, the PET technician, was equally impressive — precise, patient, and professional. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and understood each step, which made a significant difference. In a season where medical appointments can feel overwhelming, this team delivered not only clinical excellence but genuine compassion. The combination of professionalism, efficiency, and heartfelt care truly stands out.
