  I don’t understand how this location is still open. Before you shop here, make sure to price-check and confirm that GNC sales are being honored. The owner, Scott, was on the phone with his employee trying to avoid honoring the current BOGO sale on GNC brand products — completely unacceptable. It also seems Scott tells his staff not to apply customers’ Pro accounts, which prevents you from earning the reward points you’ve built up. I’ve contacted GNC corporate and will be following up to make sure this is looked into further. If someone stole from this owner, he’d want them held accountable — yet he’s misleading customers by using GNC’s name and advertising prices online that aren’t honored in-store. This is exactly why trust and transparency matter in business. The employees that work in this location are great BTW. Shameful they work such a terrible lazy owner. If the owner needs money maybe he should work a few shifts vs hiding behind a phone. Reporting this to the BBB next.
