I wanted to take the time to write this review because Jenny, who helped me select my glasses, was exceptionally talented at what she does. Beyond that, she was friendly, professional, and very efficient at the whole process. I have had a very difficult time finding any frames I like, and it feels like a big decision when you’re spending a lot of money on progressive lenses. She made the process feel so easy and actually enjoyable. I walked out of there, probably in about 15-20 minutes total, with an order for glasses I am excited about. Thank you Jenny!

It’s so hard finding a good optometrist but since coming here I’ve always felt welcomed and appreciated. They truly care about their clients and everyone I have interacted with makes you feel special.

If you want your concerns or problems with your new prescription ignored, go here. When you have a doctor/patient or business/customer relationship, you need to take your ego out of it and actually listen to the concerns or issues that your paying patient/customer may be having. It doesn't do them any good for you to dismiss their concerns. I understand that prescriptions can change but when I can't see with the new lower prescription and everything is blurry, even after weeks of trying to make things work, maybe a mistake was made. Maybe the patient accidentally squinted or whatever but you should still consider the issue at hand. After 17 years of -1.25 prescriptions and even the suggestion that -1.5 would work a little better, my eyes did not go to -.75 prescription. Again, it might of somehow been my fault for not getting my -1.25 eyeglasses out of the car, even after you said it was okay that I did not have them on my person. It doesn't do me any good to have a worthless prescription, especially since the military uses it to give me prescription gas mask inserts (glasses that go inside my gas mask) or tactical glasses to shoot with. Not to mention, I need them for driving and to see what my professor is writing on the board. Thankfully, after failed attempts to remedy the prescription or get retested, a receptionist finally decided to help me out and she spoke to the optometrist who made snide remarks under her breath and did not even address me, even though I was just some feet away. I thought I was back in high school and not in a professional place of business. Hope you have a better experience, wherever you may go.

I've always had great care at Frisco Family Eye Care with Dr. McDaniel. Everyone there is very nice. If my insurance changed and they didn't take my new insurance I'd still go there and pay full price. Wait time is always very short, but I've never felt rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
