I was a little nervous going in because I have not worked out in a while and I am shy, but everyone here was incredibly kind and welcoming. The instructors made me feel comfortable right away. The owner was especially caring and understanding 🥹 The classes are hard but fun. I loved that we can adjust everything to our own level. I left feeling strong and proud of myself. I highly recommend Barre3 for anyone who wants a challenging but approachable workout in a warm and uplifting environment 😊
