After my recent car accident, I reached out to Dr. Arora with some concerns, and to my surprise, his office called me back within five minutes. He was professional, friendly, and never once tried to upsell, just genuinely wanted to help. When I came in for my first adjustment, I was nervous since I had never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Arora and Dr. Gerick immediately put me at ease. Dr. Gerick took the time to thoroughly explain my X-ray results in simple terms, walked me through the entire treatment plan, and made sure to check in about my comfort level before every adjustment. After the adjustments, I met PT John, who was very easy to talk to and explained his physical therapy plan in a way that made the next steps clear and approachable. The front desk staff was also fantastic, they made the paperwork and insurance process incredibly smooth, which was a huge relief during an already stressful time. I left my first visit feeling well cared for, informed, and comfortable moving forward with my recovery. I really appreciate that the whole team here is professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on patient care. I’m actually looking forward to continuing my treatment here.
- JJJanetJul 18, 20255.0I have been coming to see literally everybody that works at Arora Family Chiro since the end of April. I was referred here through a personal injury lawyer for my care. The location, combination of accessibility to treatment all under one roof, and the staff in every department makes the whole experience wonderful for someone who is struggling with pain. I have never been more excited to visit my physical therapist John and the PT techs Grant and Naa’ol, the chiropractor (shout out Dr. Logan), and my Dr. Addison. The front desk team is so caring and make sure that I am there for my appointments, they make sure that I reschedule efficiently when I need to, they check in if I’m unable to make it, they are absolutely superb at what they do. Carly and Maria are at the top of their game! Everyone truly cares that you feel better and they become friends and I couldn’t ask for anything more than to be a patient here. It’s been really fun and I’m sad thinking about the end, but blessed they got me feeling better!! Couldn’t have done it without this clinic. Blessed.
