  The Frisco office is in a perfect location, extremely accommodating and helpful with a top tier staff. My questions and satisfaction are a priority for them as well as giving clear guidance on managing and maintaining my hearing health. I have total confidence that I’m getting the best care for my hearing.

  Felicity was so outstanding. I didn’t know her from Adam, I’m only 56 getting my first hearing aid due to a brain tumor. I’m also an owner of a large company and understand business well. She took a lot of time with me to make sure she got the perfect aid for me! She was very thoughtful and the company should be very proud of who they have!

  Definitely has the BEST service ! The assistant Niecy stands out the most her smile, attitude, personality and politeness just makes me and my family feel so comfortable i loved the interaction and the conversation between us all OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE! I hope niecy NEVER leavessss we love her 🥰

  Felicity is absolutely the sweetest thing. very professional and very, very helpful. I can hear so much better now than I was prior to coming to see her and even when I had a little bit of difficulty, I just called up and they said I can I come by that day .You will not go wrong coming to see her. yes, and her assistant Niecy I’m gonna take her home with me, but I think her family might object.
