  Very welcoming and inclusive. This studio is newer and has doors, so it’s a bit more private than others I have attended. Megan and Kimberley are great instructors:)

  I started Pilates back in October, and now that it’s April, I can honestly say it has changed my life. I used to suffer from piriformis muscle pain and sciatic nerve issues. I was constantly visiting the ER and relying on medications just to get through the day. Since starting Pilates, I’ve seen a huge improvement. What I love most is that they really consider your specific condition. Every session is adjusted to your needs, and they work with your body’s stimulation and response. It’s a perfect mix of building strength and stretching — exactly what I needed. The studio is always spotless, and the vibes are so positive and calming. Every instructor is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also super fun and supportive, which makes the experience even better. Pilates didn’t just help me recover — it’s also helping me prevent future health problems. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with pain, injuries, or even just wanting to feel stronger and healthier overall.

  Pilates and instructors are good, Melissa and Laura are my favorite. I liked Marina, Leah and kara too, but they are no longer taking classes.
