  I cannot be more thankful for Dr Wu and his team!! From always having my questions answered (shout out to Mallory who was always there for me💙), to Dr Wu's honest opinions, these people are the reason our sweet little miracle is on the way! Every single person at Aspire is filled with so much kindness and compassion every step of the way. Yes, there where trials and hard times, bur Dr Wu always gave it to us straight....no beating around the bush or false hopes. He explained everything along the way so we knew what was happening, never getting annoyed when we has questions. Over the last year, these guys have truly become part of my family....the day I graduated from their clinic was so bittersweet, but I know they are always on my side if I ever need them again. Thank you Dr Wu and team!!

  They billed me and my insurance for a service never rendered in October. Then I went ahead and got this service done since they had already charged and billed me for it and I needed the service anyway. They charged me again when I came for the prepaid test and now I am going back and forth with them currently standing in their office. The billing team says they will call the office, the office says they will call billing- this game of back and forth has been going on for about two months now. I would steer clear of this practice. Update- Gayatri from billing called me on 2/23 and ensured all this would be settled within 24 hours. She called me on 2/24 in the morning and confirmed everything is taken care of. I requested an email confirmation(said due to HR policies, she can only post to the patient portal, I said ok) This morning 2/25, I receive a text that I owe Aspire fertility money. Basically, don’t fall for their fake gestures of trying to make it right. We are right where we started.

  It has been very difficult trying to get a call back from this place to schedule. My doctor sent a referral in and I have called multiple times only to be told they sent it over to the clinical team. I guess we will be going somewhere else.
