  Took my son there for the blood test. We had appointment and everything is smooth and nice. The only thing is they lost our son’s sample so the doctor office didn’t receive the test result. The doctor office needed to call them to ask and they said they didn’t run the test and will contact the patient to re-draw the blood. But I haven’t received any call for a week and have to take my son to another location for blood test. That’s so unprofessional!

  If you're at all concerned about the ongoing pandemic, I'd select another location. Basically the only precaution that is being taken is the wearing of masks. You can't make an appointment. You sign in on a clipboard using the pen everyone before you has used (you have to lift a laminated sheet to do so) and wait your turn. The waiting room is very small with some overflow seating in the lobby. I checked online before arriving & the website said "one minute wait." This was inaccurate info. My wait was about 30 minutes. Initially there was only one person working in the clinic. She had to enter your info into the computer as well as draw your blood. About halfway through my wait, another employee arrived which helped make things go quicker. It did not appear that the chair you sit in to have your blood drawn is cleaned between patients at all. The staff is courteous & efficient. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did so painlessly. If I have to use Quest lab again, I'll try a different location.
