After several days without an update on my prescription (and receiving an automated message saying a prior authorization was required and requested), I called to check on it. The representative who answered was rude and dismissive from the start. When I explained I was calling about a prescription, all I got was an “okay.” I gave my name and DOB, and he flatly said there was nothing they were working on for me. When I asked about my medication by name, he said they were told they could only give me a one-month supply. I asked why that was different from the last 90-day fill, and he just said he didn’t know — “insurance changes.” Monthly? His tone the entire time was condescending and unhelpful. Communication here has always been poor, prescriptions are often not ready on time, and this level of customer service sealed my decision to move all my prescriptions elsewhere.

- NENancy EverettJun 5, 20251.0It takes this pharmacy days to fill prescriptions. The doctor called in 3 for my husband a day BEFORE his surgery. I went to pick them up AFTER the surgery. They were not ready and they offered no reason. I am sure that they will be just fine without my business.
